Like any good startup, Belo was technically supported by a bunch of enthusiasts at the beginning. However, this setup, which worked well for proof of concept and the initial phase of the project, soon proved to be insufficient for further stable development. We first helped with the implementation of a mobile application for drivers, and then took over the client applications and the entire backend, which had to be completely rewritten to ensure stability. Our participation was thus transformed from mere minority support to a key role in its development and success.
